2nd INTERNATIONAL CONVFERENCE ON HEALTHY LIVING

INCOHELIV

ABOUT

As cities grow denser and more complex, urban health can no longer be understood merely as the absence of illness. The 2nd INCOHELIV 2026 embraces the theme Inclusive Urban Health: Resilient and Sustainable Communities, highlighting the shared responsibility to build urban environments that are mentally healthy, socially just, and inclusive for all. This conference responds to emerging urban challenges—inequality, workplace vulnerability, family stress, and rapid technological change—by placing resilience, sustainability, and inclusion at the center of urban mental health discourse.

INCOHELIV 2026 serves as an interdisciplinary platform to connect perspectives from psychology, education, organizational studies, community development, and technology. It explores urban mental health through lenses of justice and forensic psychology, community empowerment, social capital among minorities, sustainable workplace design, health literacy, and inclusive family and educational contexts. By fostering dialogue between researchers, practitioners, and policymakers, INCOHELIV 2026 aims to inspire evidence-based innovations and collaborative actions toward healthier, more resilient, and sustainable urban communities.
